ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you contact us right after placing your order (before it’s processed) we’ll do our best to cancel or amend it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can’t be cancelled — you can return it under our Returns Policy instead.
What if an item is out of stock after I order?
We’ll let you know ASAP and refund you in full using your original payment method.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (express is faster). International delivery varies by country.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with reliable couriers for domestic and international shipping — including (but not limited to) Australia Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx and others depending on your location and service chosen at checkout.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is calculated automatically based on your delivery address and the shipping option you select during checkout.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes — all orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number in your order confirmation email once your order ships.
Do you offer shipping discounts for bulk orders?
On larger or wholesale orders we can often help with better shipping rates — just reach out to our support team.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
We aim for high standards, but if something arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us right away with photos and order details.
If we confirm the issue, you can choose a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Defects from normal wear and tear or misuse aren’t covered.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do returns work?
Head to our Returns Policy page for full details. Generally, you have a period post-delivery to return items that are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within that timeframe and subject to conditions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (if approved) are issued to your original payment method within about 7–14 business days.

How do I know my size?
We include sizing guides where relevant on each product page. If you need help, reach out and we’ll guide you.
Can I order two sizes and return one?
Yes — you can order multiple sizes and return what doesn’t fit under our normal returns process, as long as items are in original condition.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we don’t store full card details.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use trusted, encrypted payment gateways to protect your data.
